Students who have symptoms, or believe they may have been exposed to COVID-19, should complete the COVID-19 Report Form and may, if they wish, contact their primary health care provider or the IHA Primary Care @ EMU Health Center at 734.896.4110.

COVID Pass Daily Health Screening Expand dropdown
All students are required to complete a COVID PASS Daily Health Screening every day they plan to be on campus to identify symptoms of COVID-19. The symptoms of COVID-19 include:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea

Where do I go on campus for healthcare?
Integrated Healthcare Associates (IHA) has opened a new health center on Eastern’s campus, called the IHA Health Center @ EMU (see news release). This center provides primary care, urgent care, and gynecology services, serving EMU’s students, faculty, and staff along with the surrounding community. Additionally, a new independent pharmacy, called Campus Medical Pharmacy, operates in the IHA health center.
Where do I get my prescriptions filled/refilled?
Please contact Campus Medical Pharmacy in the IHA Health Center @ EMU at 734.547.5995 for refills.
What happens to my medical records?
For those who have used University Health Services Medical Clinic, EMU will continue to maintain the privacy and security of your medical records according to state and federal law. To request your record, download and complete the Authorization to Release Medical Record Information [PDF] . Please note that there is a $20 fee.
