Clinical Supervisors

Dr. Jamie Lawler, Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Jamie Lawler is a clinical and developmental psychologist with expertise in early adversity, parenting, and self-regulation. Her research program is grounded in developmental psychopathology and focuses on the impact of early life stress on the socioemotional development of children and on interventions to support positive development.
Clinically, Dr. Lawler specializes in early childhood mental health, including parent-child dyadic interventions and treatment for emotional and behavioral dysregulation. As the founder and director of the early childhood satellite clinics located in local preschools and community centers, Dr. Lawler cultivates community partnerships to break down barriers for families to receive care. She supervises masters and doctoral level students at both the satellite clinics and at the Community Behavioral Health Clinic.

Dr. Kelsey Sala-Hamrick, Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Kelsey Sala-Hamrick is an expert in developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based behavioral health programs and services. She is particularly interested in integrating evidence-based practices into service systems, including healthcare, community health, and other child-serving systems (schools, justice and child welfare) in order to support the mental health of historically marginalized patients and communities.
Clinically, Kelsey has expertise in child and developmental psychology, pediatrics (working with children and families with complex medical conditions), trauma-focused and culturally responsive treatments. As a part of the Community Behavioral Health Clinic, Kelsey supervises students to provides therapeutic interventions and comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, caregivers and families.
