Professional

Darren joined Eastern Michigan University in 2022 following a decade in patient care, both in private practice and university-based setting.  He is an ABC certified prosthetist orthotist who spent the bulk of his career focusing on prosthetic care.  Darren specialized in the treatment of lower extremity prosthetic patients of all presentations and ages, including experience in pediatrics, Van Ness rotationplasty, and osseointegration.  He previously served as a residency mentor, as well as being involved in research projects for topics including engineering, computer science, and ergonomics.
