Eastern Michigan’s Master of Science in Tax Consulting (MSTC) program is available in a fully online format and will provide you with the knowledge necessary for a successful career as a tax professional.
The MSTC is designed for a wide variety of tax professionals including accountants, attorneys, executives, and anyone else seeking to further their education in taxation.
As you earn your degree, you will:
- Learn to read and understand the Internal Revenue Code and U.S. Treasury regulations (as well as other items comprising tax law).
- Apply that law to a particular set of facts, and write about those items in a well-organized manner.
- Acquire critical thinking, analytical reasoning, information analysis, and many other skills crucial for a successful career as a tax professional.
