Esports is for everyone, any EMU student is eligible to apply.
- First, gather your friends to form a team in ANY VIDEO GAME.
- Second, fill out the Community Team Application.
- Third, enjoy the benefits of being an EMU Esports Community Team!
Requirements Expand dropdownThere is only one requirement for all community teams to maintain. Each team must play together (online or in-person) at least once every other week to remain active. Benefits Expand dropdown- 24/hr access to our on-campus esports facilities
- FREE EMU Esports team merch
- FREE tournament registration
- Automatic entry into community giveaways
- Dedicated team Discord channels and roles in the official EMU Esports Discord server
- Access to the EMU Esports Minecraft server (coming Summer 2024)
- Approval to join our varsity teams' OPEN practices to learn from our awesome tier-1 coaches!
- Occasional official EMU Esports broadcasts for team matches and events
