The application for Fall 2025 positions will go live on July 1, 2025. We will provide information about the available positions for the upcoming semester at that time.
Note: We are currently not accepting additional applications for summer 2025.

Our Teams
Events Setup Team
Responsible for preparing and organizing spaces in the Student Center, McKenny and Lakehouse for a wide range of events, from meetings and workshops to large-scale celebrations and conferences, ensuring everything is arranged to meet the event's specific needs.
Information Desk Team
Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions from guests about EMU and offer helpful, accurate information while ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.
AV/Tech Team
Set up and operate lighting, sound, and projection equipment for various events, ensuring all technical aspects run smoothly to create an engaging and professional atmosphere.
