Entering Time for One Day

Enter time for each individual day when your work schedule is inconsistent. For example, you work different times or number of hours each day of the week or pay period. When entering time, it is important to use quarter hour increments:

  • Bi-Weekly employees will enter hours in quarter hour increments (e.g. .25, .50. and .75).
  • Students will enter in and out times, in quarter hour increments (e.g. 00, 15, 30, and 45).

Follow these directions to enter time for one day:

  1. Open your time sheet. See Opening Your Time Sheet for more information.
  2. From the Time Sheet page, click the Enter Hours link for the desired date and earnings type.
