  • Anniversary Date: July 14, 2012

Do you have children? How many?

We have one son, Roman.

How did you meet?

We met initially at Rolling Hills Water Park in Ypsilanti where we both worked. However, it wasn't until I ran into Anthony at the Ford Art gallery the following fall that our relationship really took off.

Where was your first date?

Starbucks off of Washtenaw Ave.

Any cute memories you have together at Eastern?

I would visit Anthony every week at the Ford Art Gallery while he worked as a gallery guard. Anthony was also a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity so there were many on campus events. We also spent a lot of time walking on campus.

If married/engaged, how did they propose? If it was on campus, where?

We got engaged up north in Traverse City while on a ski trip.

What are the two of you doing now?

I am a speech pathologist at Airport Community Schools and Anthony is a special education teacher at the Monroe County Intermediate School District.

Years attended Eastern:

2006 - current

Any romantic advice you would give to students:

Make the most of your college experience. You never know who you might meet or what memories you will make.
