Md Mozasser Rahman is a visiting professor at GameAbove College of Engineering and Technology, Eastern Michigan University. Dr. Mozasser received a B. Sc. Eng. degree from Bangladesh Institute of Technology (BIT) Khulna in Mechanical Engineering in 1988. After graduation, he worked for the same institute as a lecturer. He has served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology, UTHM, from 2020 to 2022 and in the Dept. of Mechatronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) from 2007 to 2019. He has practical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance and automation. He was later conferred an M. Eng. degree and Ph. D. from Mie University, Japan, in 2000 and 2003, respectively. Dr. Mozasser has expertise in Robotics and Industrial Automation. His research covers human-robot cooperation, movement characteristics of human arms, artificial human organs, etc. He is a consultant for Industrial Automation and Robotic Systems for universities and industries. He received one academic award from JSME (Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers) and two innovation awards from MTEX (Malaysian Technology Exhibition). One of his inventions is pending a patent. He published more than 50 articles and book chapters. Dr. Mozasser is a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, UK, and a Chartered Engineer registered with the Engineering Council, UK.
