Cost Expectations
Find out the additional costs for materials required for the MAT program.
I understand the following are expenses that I will incur if I am accepted into the Athletic Training Program (ATP). These expenses are in addition to the university tuition and fees.
These expenses could be an additional $500-$700 and will include the following:
- Uniform(s)
- The cost of obtaining a copy of your immunization record
- Michigan residents can request a free copy of this from the state.
- blood titers
- TB test
- cost of maintaining or getting your immunizations required by the ATP
- The cost of a physical exam by a physician/PA/NP for completion of the Technical Standards Certification Form
- Any travel to clinical education and/or observation sites
- NATA student membership fee
- Background check completed
- Health Insurance (if the student does not already have it)
- BOC Self Assessment Exams
- Drug screening
