****January 2018 Introduction to Customer Discovery (ICD) Course "FREE"

A 7-week course that helps researchers (faculty/students) take those first steps to understanding an industry and whether or not their technology could address a significant need. Open to TechArb teams, MTRAC applicants, and other university or community-based teams.  Note dates, participation at all events is required.

Kickoff: Friday, January 12 from approximately 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Office hours: Week of January 15 and January 22
Mid-point check-in: Friday, February 2 sometime in the afternoon
Office hours: Week of February 5 and February 12
Finale: Friday, February 23 from approximately 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

University Early Stage Proof-of-Concept Fund (ADVANCE Grant Program)

The ADVANCE Grant program is run as a semi-rolling funding program. Proposals may be submitted at any time by the office responsible for technology commercialization (such as a Technology Transfer Office) at universities throughout the State. On approximately a bi-monthly frequency, the proposals submitted will be reviewed by the Project Evaluation Committee.
