Financial Aid Calendar and Deadlines
January
Winter financial aid disbursements are processed at a minimum twice weekly beginning 10 days prior to the first day of classes. Disbursements typically occur on Tuesday and Friday evenings. February
Summer financial aid applications available on February 15. If this date falls on a weekend day, the date defaults to the following Monday. Apply early!
March
Submit verification documents to the Office of Financial Aid if requested. Deadline for the University Scholarship Application for currently enrolled students. SOAR begins for new incoming Freshman students.
April
Financial aid offer letters mailed to newly-admitted, first-year students and new transfer students. Award letters for the following school year mailed to new transfer students and emailed to returning students.

Notification process begins for applicants of University scholarships (returning students).
July
Deadline for scholarship appeals for students with GPA deficiencies.
August
Prepare to make your first payment.
