Biography

Kyunghee is a registered dietitian and teaches Fundamentals of a Healthy Lifestyle, Experimental Foods, Foodservice Systems Management, and Foodservice Systems Management Experience classes on campus and through distance education. Her research interests include foodservice management, school nutrition, and food science.
