Select schools will receive invitations to join us for our Digital Dudes conference.

RSVP responses for our event will be accepted until all available seats have been filled.

This conference is open to high school students grades 9-12 .

Number of student seats: 100

Lunch is included for all students and chaperones.

Admission requirements

• RSVP before seats fill.
• Groups must agree to stay for the entire conference (9:00 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.).
• Groups must provide their own transportation to/from EMU.
• Students must be in grades 9-12.
• Groups must complete a post-conference survey.

  Groups such as scout troops, science and technology classes, school science clubs, and individual students interested in STEM have attended similar programs we offer. All groups must supply their own chaperones and must maintain a supervision ratio of 15 students: 1 chaperone. A parent or legal guardian must accompany any individual participant admitted into the conference.

• How do I know if I have been admitted to Digital Dudes?

  Once the priority application period ends, our team will review each application and will admit 50 students to attend. Group leaders and/or individual applicants will receive notification via email with their admissions decision, two weeks after the close of the priority application period. We have three possible placements for applicants; Admitted, Waitlist, or Denied.
