Shannon Besaw (BMT 2009) was a music therapist at Bethany Children's Home in Womelsdorf, PA, a residential facility for youth in crisis and is now working on a Master of Music Therapy at Radford University in Virginia.

Terese Brooks (BMT 2017) is the Assistant Director of Music Therapy at Personal Counseling Service, Inc. In Clarksville, IN..

Alexa Cooley (Music minor 2019) is working in Washington, D.C. and completed her undergraduate degree at EMU.

Karen Burkett is retired band director and choir director at Warren Woods Tower High School and private teacher.

Kayla Cieslak (BM 2020) is working toward the Master of Music in Flute at University of North Carolina School of the Arts and is the flute graduate teaching assistant.

Jeanine Clancy Ignash (BME 2005) is band director in the Ovid-Elsie Schools.

Lona Czerwinski (BMT projected) is currently working at the Apple Store and will be starting her music therapy internship.

Elizabeth Dalton (BME 1999) was counselor at Clintondale High School. Liz passed away in 2019 after an illness. She made a huge impact in the lives of many students.

Abigail Darnall (MM 2020) is currently teaching at Expressions Music Academy and Musician's Edge in Michigan.

Allison Demand (BM 2020) received masters degrees in Arts Administration and Flute Performance at Oklahoma City University and is working for as guest artist liaison with the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.

Josephine Denys Bossenberger (BME 2009) graduated with her masters from University of Tennessee and is currently Director of Bands for the Bullock Creek School District in Midland, Michigan.

Kelly Drouillard Hornbarger (graduate student 2010) received her masters in theory at Michigan State University and is teaching in Indiana.

Hannah Eelnurme (BME 2020) is a k-12 general music teacher at a charter school in Dearborn Heights.

Emily Elbode (BME 2020) is teaching music at Dicken Elementary in Ann Arbor.

Jaime Fielder Mykeloff (BME 2004) is band director at Onsted High School.

Carrie Frandle Chalfin (BME, 2003) received a masters degree at Bowling Green State University and is a private flute and piano instructor in Ohio.

Corinne Galligan (BME 2012) was teaching K-5 music in Pulaski, Wisconsin and is currently working toward the PhD in Music Education and the University of Michigan as a teaching assistant.

She maintained the website at Flute World, worked as an Independent Contractor for Walt Disney Motion Pictures Studios, and is also transcribed interview footage for a television post-production company (shows including The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of Orange County, Solved, Through the Wormhole, Bizarre Foods, American's Best Dance Crew, LA Ink, Got Home Alive and others)

Timothy Mullins (BM 2018) was the flute graduate assistant at Ithaca College where he received his MM degree. He is currently preparing to begin the DMA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Rachael Nakoski (MME 2016) is working in upstate New York and was a graduate assistant in music education from Buffalo State College.

Alyson Patrash Reece (BME 2008) taught HS/MS band in LaJunta, CO and Romulus, MI. before receiving a masters degree in Instructional Design from Full Sail University. She currently working for Comerica Bank as VP of learning and development.

Jessica Peltz Smith (BM 2012) received the MM in flute performance at Ithaca College where she was a graduate assistant in flute and is currently teaching in Boston.

Becky Vega (MM 1997) is full-time lecturer at Caldwell College in New Jersey where she conducts the wind ensemble and flute ensemble, teaches music education classes, conducting, music appreciation, and flute lessons. She plays in the flute octet, UpTown Flutes. She served as conductor the NFA high school flute choir at the 2009 National Flute Association convention in New York City.
