Residence Halls
First-year students are eligible for double rooms in Walton, Putnam, Wise, and Downing Halls. First-year students are not eligible for any single options. Upper-class students are eligible for doubles in Downing, Walton, Sellers Halls, and the Village, as well as singles in Wis Hall and the Village. All incoming freshmen students are required to live on campus unless they are commuting from their parent's permanent home address, which must be within a 50 mile radius.

Apartments
To be eligible for any of our apartment options for the 2024–2025 academic year, students must reach the age of 20 by 12/31/2024 and have attempted and passed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application. As a reminder, studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and four bedroom apartments are singles. Village suites house four students or seven students. Four student suites have four single bedrooms with two shared bathrooms. Seven student suites have three double bedrooms and one single bedroom with two shared bathrooms.

Meal Plans
For students who live on campus, all first-year students are required to purchase a meal plan, regardless of where they live. Upper-class students who live in any of our residence halls are required to purchase a meal plan via the housing application. Upper-class students who live in the Village or any of our apartment options (Lakeview, Westview, Cornell, or 601 WF) are not required to purchase a meal plan.
