Apply for Housing: Summer Term
The Summer 2025 housing application for the full summer term (Summer A and B) or the first half of summer only (Summer A) opened Monday, March 31, at 10 am, and will fully close on Wednesday, April 16, at 5 pm. Due to limited space, late applications will not be considered.
Students who are interested in staying on campus for the full summer term (May 2-August 11 at 12 p.m.) or for the Summer A session only (May 2 - June 22 at 12 pm) must apply and submit the application fee by the posted deadline.
The Summer B session (June 23 at 12 pm - August 11 at 12 pm) application will open on May 12, at 10 a.m. and will close on Friday, June 6, at 5 pm. Students interested in moving to campus for Summer B must apply and submit their application fee during this time frame.
Please note the following items:
- Students must be registered and remain actively enrolled and attending a minimum of one credit hour during the summer term to be eligible to apply and remain eligible for summer housing.
- The duration of the course does not matter. Students can enroll in a one day, one week, one month, etc. course for summer, and the credit(s) count towards your overall summer enrollment.
- Registration takes one business day to update into our database. You will be able to submit your housing application the day after you register for classes.
- A $35 non-refundable fee is required at the start of the application process.
- We do not accept roommate or suite-mates requests for the summer term.
- Due to scheduled maintenance projects, all students should expect to move at least once and/or to find alternative housing during the times buildings will be closed for maintenance.
- Lakeview will be fully closed from May 21 through May 27.
- Westview will be fully closed from May 28 through June 2.
- Students will be provided further information on these closures during the application process.
- We encourage students to find alternative housing during these periods.
- Temp housing will be available to those without alternative housing during these closures. Students must indicate this need during the summer application process.
- Renewal for the summer terms in your current location may or may not be available.

If you live on the SECOND OR THIRD floor, you space is not available for summer due to Camps and Conferences. You are required to move to the Village on May 2.
A limited number of single and double rooms are available in the Village. Assignments are made based on the date of fee payment.

Those living off-campus will be able to move to campus on May 2. Due to transitions, no early move in is available.
Session Information
Summer A and B (May 2 - August 11) Summer A Only (May 2 - June 22) Summer B Only (June 23 - August 11)
- Students who currently live off campus can check into their summer housing assignment at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 2. Students must check-in and sign for their keys before 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 4.
- Students who currently live on campus will transition to their summer housing assignment as early as 10 a.m. on Friday, May 2. Students do not need to vacate their winter assignments until this date. Students must completely move out of their winter housing assignment and return keys via an express checkout envelope to the appropriate front desk no later than 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 4.
- If you are staying on campus for the summer, but moving off campus for the fall semester, you MUST pay attention to our August 11 at noon end date. You are responsible for finding alternative housing if your lease start date is after your contract ends. No temporary housing or transition housing is available.
- If a student has a reservation for Fall 2025, they will transition to their Fall 2025 housing assignment on Tuesday, August 12 and Wednesday, August 13, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
- Students must completely move out of their summer housing assignment and return keys via an in-person checkoutno later than 2 p.m. on August 13.
- If a summer housing resident is not signed up for Fall 2025 housing by 5 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025, they are required to fully move out of campus housing by noon on August 11, 2025. No temporary housing or transition housing is available.
- Students who currently live off campus can check into their summer housing assignment at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 2. Students must check-in and sign for their keys before 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 4.
- Students who currently live on campus will transition to their summer housing assignment as early as 10 a.m. on Friday, May 2. Students do not need to vacate their winter assignments until this date.

- Summer B session move in will begin June 23 at 12 pm. Further details will be provided to students upon assignment,
