Summer Housing

The Summer 2023 housing application opens at 10a.m. on Wednesday, April 5, and will close at 5p.m. on Friday, April 21, for select application types. The summer housing application does not open until summer class registration is open for all students.

Students who are interested in staying on campus for the full summer term (May 5-August 16 at 12 p.m.) or for the Summer I only (May 5 - June 26 at 12 p.m.) must apply and make their prepayment by the posted deadline.

The Summer II only (June 27 at 12 p.m. - August 16 at 12 p.m.) application will open Monday, May 15, at 10 a.m. and will close on Friday, June 9, at 5 p.m.  Students interested in moving to campus for summer II must apply and make their prepayment during this time-frame.

To be eligible for summer housing, students must not have a financial hold on their student account and must be registered for a minimum of one credit hour.  Registration and holds take one business day to update into our database; you will be able to submit your housing application the day after you register for classes.

A $150 non-refunable prepayment is required at the start of the application process.

Available Housing

Summer housing is offered in Village. A limited number of singles and double rooms are available. Assignments are made based on date of prepayment.

Please be advised that most singles will be in four (4) person suites, and some will be in seven (7) person suites. Doubles will be available in seven (7) person suites, which consist of three double rooms and one single room. Students requesting singles do not have the option to preference suite type.

We do not accept roommate or suite-mates requests for the summer term.

Students who currently live in the Village may or may not be assigned to the same space for the summer term. If possible, we will assign students to the same space for summer, but students need to understand that this is not guaranteed and all students should be prepared to move.
