The printmaking program helps students reach their artistic potential by teaching a variety of techniques with an eye toward building individual style. Courses are built around types of printmaking such as intaglio, relief and screen printing. Projects are designed to teach students new techniques while at the same time building a conceptual basis for image making. Students are encouraged to submit work for local, state and national juried exhibitions.

Printmaking facilities include a lithography studio equipped with two large presses, and an intaglio relief studio with a large etching press. The studio room has a large work space and photo-screen equipment.
