United States Postal Mail is distributed to student mailboxes Monday through Saturday. Residents must use their mail key to obtain their mail. Office staff will not take your mail out of your mailbox for you. Other special items (e.g., flowers, candy, packages and flyers) may be delivered to the front desk for distribution. Bring your EMU identification to pick up and sign for packages.

To receive mail, it must be addressed as follows:

Please do not have "Eastern Michigan University" written on your mailing address since this sends it to the general mail room and will delay it getting to your hall.

If you have any questions about sending or receiving mail please contact your front desk staff (see "Front Desk Info" tab on this page).

Hours: 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily

The Front Desks are here to help with questions, mail, keys, lockouts and to help provide some supplies and materials such as vacuum cleaners, brooms, mops, kitchen supplies and games. Residents must present their state issued ID card as a form of identification in order to check out these items. Toilet tissue is provided free of charge at every front desk.

If you have a brief question or need help with lockouts, lost, stolen or broken room keys or EIDs, contact the Front Desk.

All first-year students and upper-class students living in this hall are required to purchase a meal plan.
