Health Atlas
The EMU REACH PA Domain created the "Health Atlas of Hamtramck," a visual representation of demographic, socio-economic, built environment, and food environment. It provides a data-informed snapshot of health issues and outcomes in the city of Hamtramck, Michigan. This Atlas helps to identify residents’ safety and transportation barriers to accessing opportunities in underserved Hamtramck's neighborhood and inform decision makers about where investment and resources are needed most for these residents to reach their full potential. The atlas is made possible by grant number 1NU58DP006590-01-00 from the Center of Disease Control and Prevention, through funding from the CDC/REACH program. Your feedback is welcome.
