Our Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development has been recognized with hr.com's LEAD Award in 2017 (1st place, Master's program with emphasis in HR) and 2018 (2nd place, Master's program with emphasis in leadership/organizational development). The MSHROD curriculum is designed to prepare students to understand and apply new techniques for greater organizational effectiveness. The program may be pursued on a full- or part-time basis. Classes are held in the evenings at the College of Business, some weekends on main campus, online or in hybrid format.
