Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, the EMU alumni group GameAbove, and baseball Hall of Fame member Reggie Jackson’s Mr. October Foundation, celebrated the joint STEM outreach progress made in Detroit area K-12 schools over the past year with an event at Hope Academy. The event celebrated the work delivering hands-on programming to students in underserved communities around southeast Michigan, providing a unique opportunity to stay engaged in STEM education.
