Wise Hall is open to first year and upperclass students. Centrally located and adjacent to The Commons dining center, Wise offers air conditioning in each room, kitchenettes on every floor, and lounge spaces for students to hang out and study in. Wise Hall is a community bathroom residence hall.

United States Postal Mail is distributed to student mailboxes Monday through Saturday. Residents must use their mail key to obtain their mail. Office staff will not take your mail out of your mailbox for you. Other special items (e.g., flowers, candy, packages and flyers) may be delivered to the front desk for distribution. Bring your EMU identification to pick up and sign for packages.

The Front Desks are here to help with questions, mail, keys, lockouts and to help provide some supplies and materials such as vacuum cleaners, brooms, mops, kitchen supplies and games. Residents must present their state issued ID card as a form of identification in order to check out these items.

All first-year students and upper-class students living in this hall are required to purchase a meal plan.
