For Students
The EMU Edge was a four-year academic support program designed to help students realize their higher education goals, beginning with the transition from high school to college, and continuing until graduation.
The Edge program is being phased out and we are no longer accepting new students for this program. However, Holman Success Center still uses funding from the KCP Initiative through the State of Michigan to fund our Pathways to Success program, which supports the same demographic of students who were previously eligible to participate in Edge.
4S Pathways to Success provides students with free academic workshops, training in study skills, academic monitoring, individualized instruction, and advising assistance. The majority of students that participated in Edge successfully move on to their sophomore year at Eastern Michigan University.
