Quality Leadership Certificate

This certificate focuses on helping mid-level managers to become effective leaders in a high-performance organization. Learn to understand and build on core leadership strengths, focus time and energy on high priority tasks, communicate effectively and strategically, build high-performance teams, gain a strong, loyal customer base and plan for the future.

Participants must complete six required courses to earn the Quality Leadership certificate.

Enroll as a certificate program member ($50 membership fee) to receive a 10% discount on each course in your program.

Certificates must be completed within five years; classes completed more than five years ago may not be applied toward the certificate.
