How to Request ADA Accommodations

  The Disability Resource Center (DRC) will follow up with a medical documentation form for your healthcare professional to complete. This documentation helps determine suitable accommodations.

  We will work closely with a DRC Case Manager and you to ensure that appropriate accommodations are implemented in your professional program.
