Lean Change Leader Certificate

Get the skills needed to drive lean transformation. Learn lean principles and tools for effectively changing an organization such as how to analyze the current state and direct site teams to deploy lean methodologies by reducing waste leading to improved organizational performance. The core requirements focus on lean implementation including plan, pilot and deploy.

Participants must complete a minimum of four required and two elective courses to earn the LEAN Change Leader certificate.

Enroll as a certificate program member ($50 membership fee) to receive a 10% discount on each course in your program.

Certificates must be completed within 5 years; classes completed more than 5 years ago may not be applied toward the certificate.
