All Rec/IM members are eligible to participate in Group Fitness Programs free of charge. Please preregister for classes through our online portal to secure your spot in the class and make sign in easier for instructors at the time of class.
Please pay special attention to room locations as some classes will operate out of two different rooms.

The treadmill doesn't have to be boring. Our instructors will help motivate you to get the best possible treadmill workout ever! This class will get your heart rate up with 20 minutes on the treadmill followed by 20 minutes of strength training!
9:45am - 10:10pm
Location: 234 Fitness Studio 2
Tone your midsection while stretching out your body and preventing injuries long term. You won't regret joining us for this quick and fun core and prehab class. Use it as your core training for the day, or to warm up or cool down from your workout.

A high energy, engaging cardio workout that works the body using various resistance and speed levels. This class offers an intense cardio blast on the bikes simulating a real life road course up and down hills and through speed intervals! You will incorporate targeted movements to gain strength and tone your body. This high intensity class will improve cardiorespiratory endurance and increase caloric expenditure. No matter where you are at in your fitness journey, this cycle class will leave you feeling energized and motivated!

This class introduces a wide variety of foundational movements through a wide variety of modalities. We begin with a preparatory warm-up followed by progressive resistance workout that focuses on all major muscle groups, challenging all levels of fitness with the use of free weights, body weight, machine equipment, and modifiable exercises to meet everyone's needs while emphasizing periods of work followed by rest. Finishing session with a brief cool-down and stretch.

This pilates class will target the whole body through a variation of strength and endurance exercises. Using a mat and additional pilates equipment, this class will work to improve strength, flexibility, and mind body connection. All levels are welcome.

Increase your flexibility and strength while exploring a self-connection of the body, breath, and mind. Relax your body and mind as you engage in a guided class that will strengthen and stretch your muscles through yogic principles. No prior skill is needed, leave class feeling relaxed and restored.

This low impact, gentle exercise class will build strength and endurance in the entire body using a mix of traditional Pilates, a wall for resistance and a mat for support. Pilates works to improve muscle tone, flexibility, and strength. With an emphasis on mind-body connection, Wall Pilates is an effective full-body workout. All levels are welcome.
