Memberships may be purchased on a monthly, semester, or annual basis.
Guest passes are currently available by sponsorship of a current member. Please see our Membership Handbook for more details.

- Faculty/staff memberships can be renewed online via our Rec/IM Member Portal.
- All other membership types must be renewed in person at our front desk. Please stop by during our normal operating hours.
Please Note: all COVID-related regulations hold priority over regular Rec/IM operations as defined in the Rec/IM Membership Handbook (see above). For all COVID-related guidelines and procedures, please review EMU's Webpage devoted to COVID updates.
*Individual memberships are typically billed through Student Business Services and appear on the student's ebill.
**Plus One and Family memberships are in addition to the $50 Rec/IM student fee.
*** For summer access, continuing students (enrolled in either Winter 2021 or Fall 2021 semesters) must pay a $50 fee to remain enrolled in their membership. Students taking summer classes are charged this fee in their ebill alongside course tuition and do not need to pay the $50 fee.
