General membership Information

Memberships may be purchased on a monthly, semester, or annual basis.
*Please see our Membership Handbook for more details about policies, procedures, and what it means to be a member of our community! 

  • Annual memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Semester memberships are valid from the date of purchase through the end of the current semester.
  • Monthly memberships will expire one month from the date of purchase.
  • Daily guest passes can be purchased and will expire on the same day that it was purchased.

Guest passes are currently available for $10 per pass by sponsorship of a current member.

Faculty and Staff membership Information

- New Faculty/Staff memberships can either be purchased online via payroll deduction or in person at the front counter entrance of the Rec/IM. Membership renewals can be purchased by credit card through our Rec/IM Member Portal or by payroll deduction through our Payroll Deduction Form.

    *Individual memberships are typically billed through Student Business Services and appear on the student's ebill.

    **Plus One and Family memberships are in addition to the $55 Rec/IM student fee.

    *** For summer access, continuing students (enrolled in either Winter 2023 or Fall 2023 semesters) must pay a $50 fee to remain enrolled in their membership. Students taking summer classes are charged this fee in their ebill alongside course tuition and do not need to pay the $50 fee.
