A conscientious leader who thrives on feedback, Sarah Joseph is driven to help as many people as possible. With over a decade of experience in fitness and wellness, she currently serves as Assistant Director of Well-being and Programs at EMU. Throughout her career, Sarah has championed creating inclusive environments by implementing diversity and inclusion-focused programs for patrons. Ultimately, these efforts contribute to departmental and institutional goals of achieving non-discrimination and fostering a respectful, inclusive environment that supports student well-being. When not mentoring or researching the latest health trends, Sarah enjoys the company of her two greyhounds.
Sarah is an adventurous foodie who loves exploring international cuisines and trying new dishes. She enjoys watching foreign TV shows, gaining insights into different cultures. Passionate about health and fitness, Sarah keeps active through dancing and playing pickleball, and she’s always exploring ways to maintain a nutritious diet.
