CATE Lab Services

The CATE Lab provides testing accommodations for students registered with the Disability Resource Center (DRC). The CATE Lab testing environment includes: low distraction, access to screen readers, voice dictation software and use of a computer to type answers.

  • Electronic Braille tutors
  • Large screen monitors
  • Ergonomic furniture and devices
  • Kurzweil 3000 OCR software (Available in the Student Center computer lab.)
  • Dragon Dictate and Kurzweil software (Available in the Bonisteel Technology lab in 205 Porter.)
