Current Internship Postings

The Political Science Department provides this information as a service to students who might be interested in building on their coursework and skills and does not endorse candidates, campaigns or organizations.

The internship seminar course is offered in the summer terms.

If you want to do an internship for academic credit, please follow the directions on our website and see Dr. Wang when you have finalized arrangements with the campaign or agency for which you would like to work. You must meet with Dr. Wang prior to starting your internship for your internship to count for academic credit.

We highly encourage students to consult with the University Advising and Career Development Center before applying for an internship. The staff at UACDC can help you strengthen your application by reviewing your resume, cover letter, and other application materials. Visit the UACDC website or call 734.487.0400 to set up an appointment.

To promote your organization's internship opportunities to our students and on our website, contact Rose Jindal at [email protected].
