Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

Two-day Course

In this two-day course, participants will learn to achieve delivery, cost and performance objectives through the application of powerful advance quality planning techniques and avoid confusion or misinterpretation of automotive requirements by learning how APQP relates to IATF 16949:2016. The course also includes an overview of the procedures, reporting requirements and activities specified by the PPAP manual. Instruction covers the fourth edition manual, submission and specific requirements for part approval records retention, and part-submission status as well as a review of the PPAP manual forms.
