What You Will Learn
You will gain skills in examining, administering and evaluating informal and formal literacy assessments to K-8 students. You will learn developmental aspects of language learning and its relationship to emergent reading, research the relationship between reading and writing processes, and apply age-appropriate classroom management and evaluation procedures.
