The Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation manages a three credit course that offers specific services to community businesses. This course acts as a catalyst and matches small businesses and non-profit organizations with EMU business faculty-led teams of advanced students who participate in specific business problem solving projects as their entire course work. CFE is involved in the execution of the field studies to support this courses. In this 3-credit course, we match small organizations with EMU faculty- led teams of senior and graduate level EMU students who participate in semester long small business projects as their entire course work. Over the years, we have successfully completed numerous projects for small business owners and entrepreneurs in our region. We offer this service is completely free  for the business owners. The student teams are required to meet with a leader of the organization a few times during the four month long semester.
