The Management Department offers undergraduate majors and minors in management, general business and entrepreneurship. Undergraduates can also concentrate in human resources. The department offers graduate certificates in human resource management (HR) and in organizational development (OD) and a Master's in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
Department faculty members remain current in their field and continuously receive top student ratings. More than 95% of the faculty members have doctoral degrees and many have published notable textbooks and journal articles. Many faculty members also have extensive experience in consulting and have receive various teaching, research and service excellence awards.
