Requests (Formerly Holds and Recalls)

When an item is checked out, a request can be placed for the item. On the detailed item screen, sign in and use the Request link. The item will be recalled from the current borrower and held at the circulation desk when it is available.

Please note that if an item is not due back for 10 days or more, consider searching MeLCat to see if it is available from another Michigan library. If so, the item may be received more quickly by requesting it from MeLCat.
