Jeremiah Munce

Interim Director

Jeremiah Munce is the Interim Director of the Office for International Students and Scholars and serves as the Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) and Responsible Officer (RO) for the entire campus. He is responsible for the reporting and compliance of international student/scholar information to the SEVIS database, as well as managing the administrative operations of OISS. He has previously worked at the University of Michigan in their international office and has been working in the field of international education in numerous roles for over 9 years. An avid fan of exploring new places,  he's always open to new travel tips from EMU's international students!


Celia Cutler

International Student Advisor

Celia Cutler serves as the Designated School Official and Alternate Responsible Officer, she advises F-1 and J-1 students and scholars on immigration practices and procedures. Additionally, she is responsible for programming through the OISS. Previously, Celia worked in the international offices of the University of Michigan and Washtenaw Community College. Her favorite part of working with students is acting as a support system to help students navigate the complex immigration regulations that they are required to follow. She also loves learning about cultures from around the world and getting to interact with a diverse population of students.
