Chemistry Major - Fermentation Concentration

The chemistry major with a concentration in fermentation provides students with a solid education in chemistry as well as an integrated understanding of the chemical and biochemical aspects of fermentation; additionally, students will gain exposure to practical concepts related to the production of fermented foods and beverages, such as beer, cheese, wine, and kombucha.
