Professional Summary

During the course of his professional career Dr. Hastings has been an assistant prosecuting attorney, successful businessman (retail real estate development), practicing attorney, and has been teaching in various capacities for over twenty-five years at four different Michigan universities. Dr. Hastings currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses relating to the Legal and Ethical Environment of Business and Nonprofit Organizations.

Dr. Hastings is an AV Rated Attorney and a licensed Michigan real estate Associate Broker, The Hastings Company, Inc., Broker. His doctorate is in Educational Foundations and Policy, with a concentration in values, ethics, and morality.
