Dr. Krolik's major teaching assignments are the COB 200 Introduction to Business class and MGMT 202 Business Communications. His Ph.D. is from The University of Michigan, and MA and BS degrees were from Eastern Michigan University. Dr. Krolik's professional background includes positions in Human Resources Management and administrative positions in higher education. He has the SPHR certification offered through the Society for Human Resource Management. Dr. Krolik's teaching interests include the student-learning process and has participated in a variety of workshops on teaching and learning. Whenever possible, he attend a wide variety of business related professional meetings and workshops in order to keep current in the rapidly changing business environment. From these experiences, Dr. Krolik attempts to pass on to students his own zeal for life-long learning.
