New Graduate Assistants or Doctoral Fellows Only:

Regardless of assigned duties, all Graduate Assistants and doctoral Fellows are required to participate in a New Graduate Assistant/Doctoral Fellow Orientation. There will be two orientations offered each Fall. You can attend either session, because the content will be the same in both. The content of the orientations will include the following:

Sessions will take place virtually and attendance will be taken. Failure to attend may lead to a delay in pay, a delay in the start date of the assistantship/fellowship, and/or termination of the assistantship/fellowship.

*Many graduate programs conduct their own program-specific orientations. Please check your emich email or contact your home department or school for more information.
