Notice of Impacted Services due to COVID-19

To protect the health and safety of all EMU students and staff, EMU offices, including Records and Registration, are operating and conducting business virtually. Offices are open but most in person activities are suspended due to the current public health emergency.


Electronic transcripts are the preferred method of delivery. Please visit the transcript website for information about transcript ordering.


If you wish to obtain your diploma which was returned as undeliverable, or have now resolved your financial obligation to EMU, please email [email protected] to make arrangements.


If you have any questions, or need to reach a staff member, please call 734.487.4111 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday or email [email protected]. We will respond as quickly as possible.


Please send all documents electronically (hard copy documents should be scanned and sent) to [email protected]. Since staff will not be in the office, documents sent by mail or fax will be retrieved on an irregular basis.

We appreciate your patience and flexibility and apologize for the inconvenience. We are adapting to the fluidity of the situation as we all navigate this global pandemic and declarations of emergency in our nation, state, county and municipality. We will continue to respond appropriately to the evolving changes in guidance and recommendations from public health and government officials.
