Mandatory COVID Precautions for the EMU Student Center

COVID Pass Daily Health Screening

As of March 28, 2022, EMU will stop enforcing the daily health screening. The campus community is still encouraged to voluntarily use the tool a helpful resource.

As a reminder, if you do not feel well, do NOT come to campus. Please stay home! Email [email protected] with any questions you may have or to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

New Face Mask Policy

As of March 28, 2022, the EMU face mask policy has been updated. Face masks will no longer be required in many indoor public spaces on campus. However, masks will continue to be required in spaces that likely involve individuals gathering for an extended period of time in a relatively confined area. Per the updated policy: "Face masks may also be required in private individual offices at the office occupant’s discretion because these spaces are typically smaller and used for longer interactions." As such, the OISS requires students, staff, faculty, and guests to wear a face covering when meeting with an OISS advisor in-person in their office.
