    Mark S. Lee is President & CEO, The LEE Group (TLG), MI LLC, an independent integrated marketing consulting firm focused on providing marketing, branding and communication solutions to clients. Additionally, TLG provides training & development to organizations in the areas of branding, re-branding and communications and has advised on how to effectively implement in an integrated fashion.

    Professor Lee is also the creator and host of “EMU Today”, a general affairs program focused on Eastern Michigan University.

    Professor Lee holds a master’s degree (MBA) in marketing from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (KGSM) at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Eastern Michigan University.

    Radding brings experience in campaign strategic planning and creative strategy to the IMC program. His agency experience includes the creation, supervision and production of large, integrated, consumer and business-to-business, cross-channel marketing and promotion campaigns. His clients include a variety of entities from global organizations to start-ups and government organizations such as General Motors, Ford, Saab, Subaru, Northwest Airlines, Toyota's Hino Truck Division, Cox Communications, ACDelco, Ann Arbor State Bank and several Michigan counties. He has hands-on experience in creative direction, art direction, graphic design, copywriting, production, presentations, brainstorm facilitation, and process improvement.  His creative consultancy has advised start-ups and agencies. His "Radding Rating" for analyzing Super Bowl commercials has been featured during his television appearances analyzing Super Bowl advertising. He is the author of Suits plus Creatives: A Guide for Collaborating and Communicating Across the Advertising Agency Divide.

    James is Vice President of Global Key Accounts and Automotive Vertical Leader - Americas at CEVA Logistics. In this role, he is responsible for sponsoring transformational ideas that deliver responsive supply chain solutions, eliminate logistics operational wastes, and establish predictability.  

    Professor Williams brings over 25 years of operational, solutions design, and sales & global account leadership within the Automotive OEM and Tier 1 supply chain ecosystem. 

    Professor Williams holds a master’s degree (MS) in International Logistics from Georgia Tech, a master’s degree (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, and a bachelor’s degree in Logistics (BBA) from Central Michigan University.

    Christopher Juillet is an Ann Arbor-based attorney practicing in estate planning, probate, business, bankruptcy, computer, Internet, intellectual property law and consumer bankruptcy (since 1999). He holds a B.A. in Journalism (with Distinction) from the University of Michigan and a J.D. (cum laude) from Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University. He has taught business law at Eastern Michigan University and Washtenaw Community College and technical communication at Washtenaw Community College.

    Prior to his career in law, Chris worked as a technical writer and consultant for more than twenty years. A long-time member of the Society for Technical Communication (STC) and an STC Fellow, Chris served STC in a variety of capacities since the early 1980’s. He is a past president of the Southeastern Michigan Chapter, and the founding manager of the Consulting and Independent Contracting Professional Interest Committee. He served as STC’s first Assistant to the President for Professional Interest Committees.

    Chris has written more than 250 publications for employers and clients on a variety of technical and legal subjects and is the author of more than 30 published articles appearing in the newsletters of numerous Society for Technical Communication (STC) chapter newsletters; in Intercom, STC’s monthly magazine; in Technical Communication, STC's journal; in the Network News, journal of the Network Professionals Association; and in Entertainment and Sports Lawyer, a law journal of the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University.

    Chris has presented extensively on a variety of topics related to communication, independent consulting and legal topics at local, regional and international STC conferences and to other organizations.
