Following graduate school, Kyle worked at Saint Xavier University in Chicago as the Assistant Director of Residence Life for First Year Halls. Kyle served in this capacity for 2 years and then had the opportunity to return to Eastern Michigan as an Area Complex Director in Housing and Residence Life. Kyle has also served as Chair of the University Conduct Board and taught a section of UNIV 101 at Eastern Michigan. Kyle accepted the position as an undergraduate academic advisor in Fall 2013.
