Program Goals: Innovation, Strategy & Leadership
The Master of Science program in Innovation and Strategy (launched in fall 2024) is a unique program that provides a solid foundation for the continual development of professionals and managers as innovative and strategic leaders. The program will equip participants with essential skills and frameworks for developing strategic thinking, creativity, innovation and leadership communication.
Program participants will gain the skills to recognize the most pressing disruptors facing organizations today and respond with innovative strategies. Participants will practice developing strategies with a focus on innovation and creativity as leaders and as a result, graduates will improve their prospects of becoming as strategic leaders.
Admission Requirements
This program is designed for experienced and aspiring professionals/managers who have earned a bachelor’s in any discipline and currently employed as a full-time professional. Ideal candidates will have earned at least a 2.7 undergraduate grade point average (GPA) and seek to advance as strategic leaders.

- This MS program consists of ten 8-week courses (10 courses, 3 credits each)

- Flexible courses with interactive online format ideal for busy working professionals
- The program offers two courses per session (8-week session)
- Students can take one or two courses per session
- The program focuses on applications of the latest knowledge business innovation
- Most course offers at least meetings with experienced managers as guest speakers
- The program offers extensive opportunity for networking with professionals and high-level managers
- All courses will offer case and project/simulation-based learning
