EMU's vision coverage is bundled with medical. If you enroll in medical, you have vision coverage through Vision Service Plan (VSP). Their phone number is on your BCBS card.

Covering your spouse: If your spouse has access to subsidized medical or dental coverage through another employer, he/she must take that coverage. Your spouse can no longer be on EMU coverage in this situation.

Before choosing a plan, consider all the costs involved (including both premiums and out-of-pocket expenses such as deductibles, coinsurance, copays), networks and access to doctors and hospitals, and your anticipated health and financial needs over the next year.
