- Integrated Marketing and Communications [Graduate Certificate] – This 18-hour, online-only certificate allows students to directly apply their learning in project-based courses.
Centers and Institutes
Center for Digital Engagement The Center for Digital Engagement helps Michigan college students launch careers in the digital field through paid internships, expert networking and seasonal events focused on digital engagement. Disability Planning and Policy Center
The Disability Planning and Policy Center (DPPC) is comprised of EMU faculty and provides financial education and tools to families trying to navigate the often-confusing world of financial planning. Studies have shown that those with disabilities want and need financial education to plan for their future. Sales Institute
The Sales Institute exposes students to careers in corporates sales and assists leading corporations in recruiting top EMU students.
Student Activities and Involvement
American Marketing Association Expand your knowledge and network with this collegiate chapter of a national powerhouse organization. Student Advertising Association Gain valuable advertising insights and forge relationships with industry professionals in this student chapter of the American Advertising Federation. Internships Internships allow students to apply their in-class learning to on-the-job experiences while also building their network of professionals who can help with job searches, career advancement and more.
Students can complete a Co-Op internship with up to 3 credits that may be applied to the open free elective area of the curriculum. To fulfill the three credits, please talk to COB advising.
